About AimsAuto
One person, one inbox, and a plain reading of what your auto policy does long before you ever need it to do anything.
I Would Rather You Understand The Policy Than Simply Own One
Most drivers meet their auto policy exactly twice. Once at the moment of buying, when the figures go past too quickly to question, and again after something happens, when the wording suddenly matters a great deal. I try to move all of that thinking into the first meeting so the second one holds nothing unexpected.
So I read a quote with you rather than at you. What each limit protects, what a deductible really costs on a bad morning, which extras earn their place on your car and which quietly do not. You end up with cover you could explain to a friend, which is the only honest test of whether it was ever explained to you.
Four Things I Do Not Bend On
Plain Words First
No clause gets waved away as fine print. If a term decides whether a claim gets paid, it gets said out loud in ordinary language, and it gets said before you sign anything.
Your Numbers, Not Averages
What a typical driver pays has very little to do with your vehicle, your mileage or the street it parks on. Every figure I put in front of you is built from your own details.
The Catch Arrives With The Pitch
Any cover I suggest comes with the reason to skip it attached. You get both sides of the argument before a price is even mentioned, and you get to disagree with me.
The Same Person Later
The name on the quote is the name on the reply when a renewal looks wrong or a claim question turns up two winters from now. Nothing gets handed to a queue.
Between The Paperwork And You
An auto policy is written for a courtroom, not for a kitchen table. The translation between the two is the whole of my job, and it belongs before you sign rather than after something goes wrong.
In practice that means walking your declarations page slowly, marking the lines that would decide a real claim, and saying which of them I would change if the car were parked in my own driveway.
Some of those conversations end with you buying less than you turned up expecting to buy. I would far rather that than sell you a line item that could not be justified a year from now.
