Acceptance Of These Terms

These terms govern use of the AimsAuto website along with every form, quote request and account created through it. Continuing to browse the site or submitting any information through it means these terms apply in full.

Anyone who does not accept them should stop using the site. Where a separate written agreement covers an issued policy, that agreement takes priority over anything stated here.

Who May Use This Site

The site is intended for residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. Submitting details on behalf of another person requires that person to have given permission first.

Access may be restricted or withdrawn where use appears to breach these terms or applicable insurance regulation.

What This Site Provides

AimsAuto publishes auto insurance information, coverage explanations and a route to request quotes. Everything presented here is general and educational in nature.

  • No page on this site is an insurance policy or a binding offer of coverage.
  • Nothing published here guarantees that any particular coverage will be issued.
  • A policy exists only once an insurer issues it and confirms the terms in writing.
  • Published material may be revised at any time as products, rates or rules change.

Quotes And Coverage Information

  • Quotes rest entirely on the details supplied and change when those details change.
  • Premiums, limits and deductibles shown before underwriting is complete are estimates.
  • Availability of any coverage depends on the insurer, the vehicle, the driving record and the state.
  • Final terms always come from the issued policy documents rather than from anything displayed on this site.

Account Registration And Security

Account details must be accurate and kept current, and the password chosen for an account stays the responsibility of the account holder.

  • Every action taken through an account is treated as the work of its holder.
  • Sharing login details with anyone else is not permitted.
  • Suspected unauthorised access should be reported straight away using the contacts at the end of this page.
  • An account may be suspended where the details supplied turn out to be false.

Communication Consent

  • Program: AimsAuto Text Offers, operated by AimsAuto, 219 N 27th St, Boise, ID 83702.
  • What is sent: Where the marketing text box was checked at signup, AimsAuto sends marketing text messages about its own services, such as policy explanations, limits checks and coverage reviews. No account or transactional text messages are sent.
  • Frequency and cost: Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
  • Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. One confirmation message is sent and nothing further.
  • Help: Reply HELP to any message, call +1 (208) 314-6470, or email danial.martin@aimsauto.com.
  • Consent: Consent is optional and is not a condition of any purchase.
  • Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Privacy: Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable Use

  • Do not submit false, misleading or fraudulent information through any form on the site.
  • Do not attempt to access accounts, systems or data belonging to anyone else.
  • Do not copy, scrape or republish site content for commercial purposes without written permission.
  • Do not interfere with the operation of the site or introduce anything harmful to it.
  • Do not use the site in a way that breaches any applicable law or insurance regulation.

The text, layout, graphics, logos and code that make up this site belong to AimsAuto or to its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law.

  • Either party keeps the right to bring a qualifying matter in small claims court.
